On September 22nd, Public institution for management of protected parts of nature and ecological network of Virovitica Podravina County, as part of the implementation of project activities in the project LIFE RESTORE for MDD, Preserving and restoring floodplain forest habitats along the Mura-Drava-Danube rivers, LIFE22-NAT-AT-LIFE RESTORE for MDD, organises the event under the name The Drava Day. With this activity we are celebrating International Drava Day (23.09.).

We hereby invite you to join us on the 8 km long canoe ride on the river Drava. Gathering of the participants will be in Noskovci in Visitor Centre The Drava Story at 9:00 am and return from the river at 1:00 pm. In collaboration with the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service, they will hold a rescue exercise on the water, on the coast of the river Drava in municipality Sopje before the tour in canoes. Public Institution will provide equipment and refreshment for all participants as well as transport from Visitor Centre The Drava Story to municipality Sopje and back.
