Yesterday, a joint 4th session of the Assembly and 8th session of the Tourist Board of the Virovitica-Podravina County Tourist Board was held at the Visitor Centre The Drava Story in Noskovci.

Due to the absence of the President of the Assembly of the Virovitica-Podravina County Tourist Board, County Prefect Igor Andrović, the session was chaired by Assembly member Tatjana Arnold-Sabo.

At the session, the Report on the Implementation of the 2025 Annual Work Programme of the Virovitica-Podravina County Tourist Board was adopted, including the financial report, the report on the work of the Tourist Board, and the report on the work of the Director and the Professional Service of the Tourist Board. These were presented to the members of the Assembly and the Tourist Board by the Director, Martina Jakelić.

The members of the Assembly and the Tourist Board also adopted the Decision on the amendment of the representative of the Suhopolje Municipality Tourist Board in the Assembly and bodies of the Virovitica-Podravina County Tourist Board, as well as the Decision on launching a Public Call for the allocation of funds to improve the quality of accommodation in the Slavonia and Podravina destination. The details were presented by the Director of the Tourist Board, Martina Jakelić.

During the continuation of the session, a Decision was adopted on the appointment of a Working Group for the registration and verification of applications submitted to the Public Call for funding aimed at improving the quality of accommodation in the Slavonia and Podravina destination. Information on completed and ongoing activities was also presented.
